MIAMI - During a rain storm Monday, a security camera captures a water spout form and sweep across the decks of a Coast Guard Cutter at Base Support Unit Miami, Miami Beach, Fla. The water spout started in the inner harbor and quickly diminished once it touched the pier. U.S. Coast Guard video.
