SAN DIEGO - The motor vessel California Responder and a C-130 from the 910th Airlift Wing from Youngstown Air Reserve Station in Ohio took part in the 2011 preparedness for Response Exercise Program that took part in Oceanside, Calif., May 10-12, 2011. The California Responder simulated an oil leak 30 miles off the coast of San Diego by applying a non-hazardous green dye in the water.
