Timothy Sullivan is relieved in a change of command ceremony at Coast Guard Sector San Francisco on Yerba Buena Island, April 1, 2011. During the Change of Command Ceremony, Rear Adm. Stephen E. Mehling, previously the Director of Operations at Coast guard Atlantic Area, in Portsmouth, VA., assumed the responsibilities from Rear Adm. Timothy Sullivan, as the Commander of Forcecom.
