    NEW ORLEANS -- Capt. Jonathan Burton and Karolien Debusschere provide an update to the response to an oily substance that washed ashore in Grand Isle, Fourchon Beach and Elmer Isle, Sunday. Oil spill response assets were mobilized, and as part of the Coast Guard's response plan, boom was staged in order to prevent oil from impacting various bays and other environmentally sensitive areas.
