POINT PLEASANT BEACH, NJ - A Coast Guard rescue boat crewmember from Station Manasquan Inlet, NJ, pulls in a heaving line while a man from a capsized 17-foot boat holds on, one nautical mile off of Point Pleasant, NJ, Nov. 6, 2010.
