SAN DIEGO -- Coast Guard crews assisted two people and a dog aboard a disabled vessel 40 miles off the coast of California, Nov. 4, 2010.
The Coast Guard Cutter Petrel and an MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter were diverted to assist the boaters, who were transported to Oceanside, Calif., along with the disabled boat. U.S. Coast Guard video by Petty Officer 2nd Class Megan Mansfield-Clark.
