VENICE, La. - Crews with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service captured a pelican in bay waters around Venice believed to be oiled May 27, 2010. Crews later discovered the bird, though slightly oiled, suffered from a partially amputated leg and fishing line wrapped around its only leg.
