BALTIMORE - The Coast Guard Cutter Sledge, a 75-foot construction tender homeported in Baltimore, assisted the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration in setting a weather buoy as part of the Chesapeake Bay Interpretive Buoy System in the Potomac River near National Harbor, Md., May 14, 2010.
