    PETALUMA, Calif. - Capt. Christopher Hall, commanding officer of Coast Guard Training Center Petaluma, Congresswoman Lynn Woolsey, of the 6th Congressional District, and Rear Adm. Timothy Sullivan, commander Force Readiness Command, commission a new solar array field during a ceremony Saturday, Oct. 24, 2009. The four-acre solar array field will produce approximately one megawatt of clean renewable energy each year for the training center.
