A 47-foot boat crew from Coast Guard Station Gloucester launches to help in the search for Jaime Ortiz, 43, who was working on the stern of the Dominatrix, a 39-foot lobster boat, when he fell overboard at about 2 p.m., off the coast of Gloucester, Mass.
