PACIFIC OCEAN -- A tie down team on board Coast Guard Cutter Bertholf removes primary tie downs from an HH-65C Dolphin helicopter from Air Station Humboldt Bay Nov. 1, 2008. The Aviation Detachment from Humboldt Bay is the first to be deployed to a National Security Cutter.
