BARROW, Alaska - A Coast Guard HH-65 Dolphin helicopter conducts a patrol and training over the Arctic Ocean during Operation Salliq Aug. 2, 2008. Two helicopters operated on the North Slope during the two week exercise. The operation was the Coast Guard's first land based forward operating location in the Arctic and was tasked with testing the capabilities of assets and missions in the region.
