MONTEREY, Calif. -- Coast Guard Air Station San Francisco assisted the Ventana Wildlife Society in moving eight condors from a facility at Anderson Ridge. The facility was threatened by wildfires in the area that began on June 21. The rescue operation consisted of two flights between the facility and Monterey Airport, seen in the video.
