    U.S. Coast Guard District 8

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -A pollution clean up crew removes oil from the container vessel Seaboard Rio Haina after an unknown amount of fuel oil and water over flowed from one of its ballast tanks on to the deck of the ship and into the water near Nassau Terminal in Fernandina Beach, Fla. Local, state and federal agencies responded to the incident and determined that there was minimum environmental impact by the oil. The vessel has been detained at the Nassau Terminal until Coast Guard pollution investigators can determine the cause of the spill.
