MCKINNLEYVILLE, Calif.- A Coast Guard HH-65 Dolphin helicopter crew from Air Station Humboldt Bay rescue a British woman from her custom-made row boat on August 23. Roz Savage was attempting to row across the Pacific Ocean when she encountered rough seas approximately 90 miles off the coast of Humboldt Bay, Calif., causing her boat to roll several times.
