    The Coast Guard rescued two people from a disabled vessel by lowering a rescue swimmer, who was transferred onto the Basta, a 34-foot sailboat, Thursday, Oct. 10, 2013. The rescue swimmer was able to rig the tow line aboard the sailboat and a crew aboard a 45-foot Response Boat - Medium from Coast Guard Station Little Creek, Va., towed to boat to Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek.
