Seaman Jessica Willis and Seaman Kyle Shillingford, physical fitness instructors at Coast Guard Training Center Cape May, demonstrate days two and four of the "It's not JUST 8 weeks" workout program, which is aimed at preparing applicants for the rigors of basic training.
