    The Coast Guard recently received Eleanor II at Coast Guard Base Portsmouth, Va., the humvee was used by Coast Guard personnel during their deployments to Bagram Air Force Base in Afghanistan, including Lt. Cmdr. James Cullen.

    The vehicle was named after the World War II half-track "Eleanor," which participated in the liberation of Bastogne and was operated by the father Cullen.
