For the last several years, the training facilities at Atterbury-Muscatatuck have played host to Vibrant Response, a major field training exercise conducted by U.S. Northern Command and led by U.S. Army North. Service members and civilians from the military and other federal and state agencies throughout the country come to Atterbury-Muscatatuck during Vibrant Response for realistic disaster-response training. Includes soundbites from Col. Brian Copes, National Guard senior observer, and Col. Ken Newlin, deputy commander, 81st Troop Command. Produced by Tim Sproles.
