An MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter crew from Coast Guard Sector Columbia River, Ore., hoists two people from the water after their boat capsized near the entrance to the Columbia River, Aug. 10, 2013.

Coast Guard Station Cape Disappointment, Wash., boat crews pulled an additional two people from the water, accounting for all four people originally on board the capsized vessel.
