At 5:32 p.m. Aug. 2, 2013 crew members from Coast Guard Cutter Tybee witnessed a woman overturn her 10-foot sailboat in Little Harbor in Woods Hole, Mass. A Coast Guard Station Woods Hole 45-foot Response Boat-Medium crew launched and safely rescued the woman.
