    The City of Irvine in partnership with Vietnam Veterans of America and Vision2Victory, is proud to welcome “The Wall That Heals” a traveling replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington. D.C. and the Global War on Terror Wall of Remembrance. A half scale replica of the original Memorial that rests in Washington, D.C., “The Wall That Heals” tours communities throughout the United States, allowing the souls enshrined on the memorial to exist once more among family and friends in the peace and comfort of familiar surroundings. The Global War on Terror Wall of Remembrance memorializes the two million veterans and civilians involved in the Global War on Terror.
