The 412th Theater Engineer Command hosts the Engineer TEC-ASCC Planning Exercise (ENTAPE) May 16-18, 2013, Orlando, Fla., in order to bridge the engineering capability gaps of the Army Service Component Commands and to resource the gaps identified with Army Reserve engineer assets. Engineering professionals from the active-duty Army, United States Army Corps of Engineers, United States Army Reserve Command, United States Army Engineer School, Army National Guard, 416th and 412th TECs collaborated to examine ASCC resource issues in an era of declining defense budgets and reductions to the Army and engineer formations.
