The city of Torrance, California conducts annual celebratory events on Armed Forces Day in May each year to recognize US military forces. 2013 marks the 54th consecutive year the city of Torrance will host the Armed Forces Day celebration and parade to honor the sacrifices of our nation’s past and present military. This year’s theme is “Strong and Resilient: Prepared to Meet Any Challenge”.
