Description: National Guardsmen from 10 states and territories convened in South Carolina April 29 - May 2, 2013, to decide to the top non commissioned officer and enlisted Soldier to represent the Region in the National Guard Bureau Best Warrior competition in July. Eighteen competitors battled for two spots over four days at the McCrady Training Center and Fort Jackson, S.C. (U.S. Army National Guard video by Sgt. 1st Class Joe Cashion and Senior Master Sgt.
