Soldiers of the 775th Well Drilling Detachment, currently training at Atterbury-Muscatatuck for deployment to the Horn of Africa have a unique and important mission to find and drill for fresh water sources to be used by the people of Africa. In addition to their pre-mobilization training conducted by First Army Division East trainers of the 157th Infantry Brigade, Soldiers of the 775th spent time on mission specific training scenarios to perfect their drilling techniques.
