Civil Affairs Marines conduct a post assessment on a previous engineering capabilities site from Balikatan 2011 Manglicmot high school, Zambales, Philippines. During Balikatan 2013, Philippine and U.S. service members will conduct humanitarian civic assistance projects throughout Zambales. Preliminary work on community infrastructure projects will begin mid-March. Military medical personnel will offer free medical, dental and veterinary care. Military engineers will construct and repair schools and other community infrastructure in selected communities.
