In a sign that the U.S. continues its commitment to helping prepare and train Afghan Security Forces, the NATO Training Mission-Afghanistan conducted a change of command ceremony in Kabul.
Lt. Gen. Daniel Bolger relinquished the colors to ISAF Commander, Gen. Joseph Dunford, who then passed the command guidon to incoming commander Lt. Gen. Kenneth Tovo. Tovo also takes command of the Combined Security Transition Command - Afghanistan.
