Five pilots and four boom operators from the 191st Air Refueling Wing, Utah Air National Guard perform their flying operations in a KC-135R Stratotanker over Utah on March 6th, 2013. Due to funding caused by the 2013 Government Sequestration, the UANG lost 82% of it's hours. To keep currency, they have to fly as many people as they can.
