Thai and U.S. service members conduct a cooperative health engagement during Exercise Cobra Gold 2013 at Ban Dan Lan Hoi District, Sukhothai province, Kingdon of Thailand. Thia service members are 3rd Region Royal Thai Army from Narsoun and Vachaprakan Fort. U.S. service members from Combat Logistics BN 31, 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit out of Okinawa, Japan. Sailors with the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit and Combat Logistics Battalion 31 conduct a Cooperative Health Engagment in Ban Dan La Hoy District, Sukothai Province as part of Exercise Cobra Gold 2013 (CG 13), Feb. 11. CG13 forces conduct engineering and medical civic assistance projects, cooperative health engagements, and other civil-military activities in the Kingdom of Thailand, in order to promote the security interests of the Kingdom of Thailand, U.S. and partner nations, enhance component operational readiness skills and training objectives, increase interoperability with partner nation forces, and serve the basic civic needs of the local population.
