STORY LEAD:The Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1054 held its annual Memorial Day ceremony at the British Commonwealth War Cemetery in Yokohama City, Japan. More than 40 veterans and representatives from each branch of the U.S. military, along with veterans of the Royal British Legion, attended the ceremony.
