    Maj. Gen. Ronald Bailey, commanding general of 1st Marine Division, Camp Pendleton, Calif., talks about the Marine Corps’ need to be representative of the nation it defends. He administer the oath of office to 2nd Lt. Olaolu Ogunyemi during his college graduation commencement ceremony at Grambling State University Dec. 14, 2012. Ogunyemi is the first Marine Corps officer to commission from Grambling State in more than three decades. Bailey said it was a humbling and important commissioning for him because he served with the first Marine Officer from Gambling State. Produced by Sgt. Scott Schmidt.
