The performance-based Senior Enlisted Continuation Board will convene February 25th, 2013. E7 to E9 active duty and full time support Sailors with at least 19 years of active service computed from their active duty service date and three years time-in-rate as of September 1st 2012, will be considered and Continuing Promise 2013 participants held a mission planning conference December 11th through the 13th, hosted by Commander, US Naval Forces Southern Command. From early April through August 2013, Continuing Promise will provide medical and dental care, in eight countries. Also available in High Definition.
