The Navy released a NAVADMIN with updates to the enlisted sea shore flow. Shore tour opportunities have increased for sea-intensive ratings, which will improve fleet readiness, raise fleet manning levels, and improve advancement opportunities. This update effects only ten ratings and increases sea tour lengths for less than nine thousand Sailors.
