FORT POLK, La. (Nov. 15, 2012) -- Interview and footage from the Joint Readiness Training Center & Fort Polk's change of command ceremony Nov. 15, where Brig. Gen. Clarence K.K. Chinn, relinquished command to Brig. Gen. William B. Hickman. The reviewing officer for the ceremony was Gen. David M. Rodriguez, U.S. Army Forces Command commanding general.
