Sgt. Kevin Mulloy, a motor transport operator assigned to HHC, USAG Fort Bliss, Texas, and Staff Sgt. Randy D. Roscoe, assigned to HHC, USAG Fort Huachuca, Ariz., competed respectively for the titles of Soldier of the Year and NCO of the Year at the Army's 2012 Best Warrior Competition at Fort Lee, Va., Oct. 15-18. Both competitors represented U.S. Army Installation Management Command at the event. Mulloy is a native of Albuquerque, N.M., and Roscoe hails from Tucson, Ariz. Available in High Definition.
