BUFFALO, NY (Sept. 13, 2012) Members of the Navy visited kids at the Women and Children's Hospital Thursday. Navy service men and women passed out hats to the kids, and spent time playing with them and discussing what they do in the Navy during Buffalo Navy Week 2012, one of 15 signature events planned across America in 2012. The week long event commemorates the bicentennial of the War of 1812, hosting service members from the U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard and Royal Canadian Navy.
