Approximately 9,000 military and civilian personnel from across the country traveled to Indiana to take part in Vibrant Response 13 held at both Camp Atterbury Joint Maneuver Training Center and Muscatatuck Urban Training Complex. Utilizing a primary focus to conduct complex and realistic training scenarios to test and validate units involved in the exercise, U.S. Army North worked together with the Atterbury and Muscatatuck staff to develop an effective test bed for Vibrant Response 13.
