B-Roll of Royal Thai Army combat medics practicing combat life saver techniques taught by their American counterparts during Bilateral Army Exercise 2012. The medics finished the classroom instructional bloc of their training and used their skills during a simulated infantry patrol and casualty situation. They used tourniquets, dressed wounds, and practiced carrying with litters and personnel. The medics are part of the Washington Army National Guard.
