RCAF MILITARY INTERVIEW FOOTAGE ONLY: Idaho National Guard medics based at Gowen Field in Boise, Idaho joined counterparts from the U.S. Army Pacific's 18th Medical Command from Fort Shafter, Hawaii to conduct a subject matter expert exchange as part of the National Guard Bureau's State Partnership Program and the Army's similar Theater Security Cooperation Program. Soldiers from both organizations teamed up to teach a week-long medical first responder course to medical professionals in the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces to show how U.S. Forces train their warfighters to treat injuries in the field. The joint effort was deemed a huge success.
