Wyoming Army National Guard soldiers with C Company, 5th Battalion, 159th Aviation Regiment, trains on medical evacuation procedures June 21, 2012, from the Army Aviation Support Facility in Cheyenne and Camp Guernsey, Wyo. Training included using the hoist to insert a medic and retrieve an injured Soldier. The unit was supported by Soldiers from the 960th Brigade Support Battalion, calling for evacuation. C Company flies UH60 Blackhawks for medical evacuation of the sick or injured. Since Operation Desert Storm, the unit has been the most deployed in the Wyoming Army National Guard.
