On 3 June 2012, Flags for Fallen Military - North Carolina raised a flag pole in the memory of Lance Cpl. Jeffrey Webb and his family. Webb, a Garner, N.C., native and designated marksman with 1st Fleet Anti-terrorism Security Team Company, Marine Corps Security Force Battalion, II Marine Expeditionary Force, was killed during a training accident in Virginia in 2007.
