Explosive ordnance disposal took place in Urosevac (Serbian name) Ferizaj (Albanian name) Kosovo with the Kosovo Security Force (KSF) Explosive Ordinance Unit and the 387th Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Company, Massachusetts Army National Guard. The ordinance being destroyed was an old weapons cache found on a routine patrol a week earlier by the KSF near the Macedonian border. Over 350 pieces were destroyed from the cache. The 387th provided guidance to the KSF for the disposal. The joint operation was a success and all ordnance was safely destroyed. Interview with Sgt. William Farwell from the 387th EOD Company.
