The concept of civil affairs is relatively new in Africa, and implementation, at times, may be dangerous. We have different kinds of scenarios which ranges from permissive, hostile and uncertain environments. Whereby in hostile, we have students interacting with actors of a rebel nature, while in a permissive environment, we have engaging with some key leaders in a peaceful environment.
