In this video clip released by the Texas Military Forces, the Guardsmen of Joint Task Force 71 successfully certify the brigade as a Homeland Response Force in College Station, Texas. The Homeland Response Force units have trained for the past year on additional domestic missions related to chemical, biological, nuclear incidents. This evaluation certifies that JTF-71 is on call on state, regional or national deployments to support local first responders.
