Phoenix Endeavor continues to inspire Pacific military, non-government and industrial communications representatives at the Changi Command and Control Center, Singapore, Aug. 23.
The first annual Phoenix Endeavor is a communications spectrum management program under Pacific Endeavor 2011 which strives to organize frequencies between nations’ militaries in the event of a natural disaster.
