This edition features a story about how fire fighters of the crash, fire and rescue team, unreel hoses and examine their fx kit, at Forward Operating Base Apache, in Qalat, Afghanistan. The fx kit includes fire hoses, the jaws of life and other supplies necessary for rescue missions. The team provides CFR so that aircraft can land on the local dirt landing zone. Photos by Staff Sgt.
