ATLANTIC OCEAN (June 28, 2011) - The guided-missile destroyer USS James E. Williams (DDG 95) fires its 5-inch/54-caliber (MK 45) lightweight gun during gunnery exercises as part of the at-sea phase of FRUKUS 2011. FRUKUS 2011 is an invitational exercise designed to enhance communication and interoperability between the Navies of France, Russia, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
