B-roll with interviews of Exercise Shared Horizons 11. Shared Horizons 11 is a U.S. Army Europe led table top exercise held in Tbilisi, Georgia 21-24 June 2011. The exercise is designed to prepare the Republic of Georgia government to provide civil response in the event of a natural disaster. Shared Horizons 11 includes about 100 personnel from various ROG ministries, a few Soldiers from U.S. Army Europe and about 14 Georgia state National Guard Troops. The country of Georgia and the state of Georgia have worked together under the state Partnership program for 15 years. Interviews with Lt. Gen.
