In meetings that are held weekly, Sheikhs in the area come together along with the Federal Police responsible for patrolling the area to find solutions to issues affecting the local populace. Sgt. 1st Class Karry James shows us how the collaborative efforts between the Sheikhs and the 4th Federal Police Division are increasing the trust of the people towards the Iraqi Security Forces in the area.
